I have always been drawn to and have taken note of mascot designs. Especially when there are challenges with the design. Bringing a ferocity to a pickle, for example, is something that I relish in! What started out as a brief challenge from the Portland Pickles (South Divisional team of the West Coast League) turned into several designs taking a couple of stabs at how to best pickle the mascot.
